Email us

We are a small independent project, so responses are not instant — but corrections and accessibility reports are handled first.

Reporting a calculation problem

This is the most useful message you can send us. To let us reproduce the issue quickly, please include:

• Which calculator you were using
• The exact values you entered, including the units you selected
• The purchase format and allowance you chose
• The result the calculator displayed
• The result you expected, and why

If a calculation is wrong, we fix it and note the correction. Our calculation approach is documented on the Methodology page if you want to check the method first.

Requesting a calculator

Tell us the project and how the material is sold where you shop — by the bag, by the box, by the cubic yard, by the ton. Real project descriptions decide which calculator we build next.

Accessibility

If something on this site is hard or impossible to use with your browser, keyboard, or assistive technology, please tell us what happened and what you were trying to do. See our Accessibility page for our current status.

What we cannot help with

• Product availability, delivery, returns, or order status — contact your retailer or supplier
• Engineering, structural, or code-compliance decisions — consult a qualified professional
• Quotes or pricing — we are not a retailer and do not sell material
